• Roles & Responsibilities:

· Experience on significant Infrastructure projects like Buildings, Elevated metro, Underground metro, Hospitals and power project chimney works etc.

· Understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis.

· Implemented Earned Value Management process across the project to understand performance measurement of project.

· Timely developing Commercial Strategies for project.

· Experienced in preparing cost budgets, change estimates, forecasting and cost control techniques.

· Proficient knowledge of cost software (CANDY) and related tools and techniques including budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow.

· Implementation of cost breakdown structures (CBS) in CANDY software.

· Implemented the change management process for projects, trend analysis and the assessment of change impacts on cost.

· Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.

· Planning, analyzing, reporting of actual costs on labour and overhead variances/cost overrun.

· Regularly checking planned cost with actual cost and carrying out valuations on projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place.

· Assisting Project Managers in preparing Early Warnings, Instructions and Compensation Events.

· Preparing regular forecast of project including current status and the estimate at completion (EAC).

· Preparing management specific reports for comparing factors affecting profitability.

· Be specific and detail orientated, to identify potential risk/issues early and raise them in the appropriate forum for resolution.

· Review project risks and opportunities, initiate measures to improve / achieve goals also provide input for value engineering.

· Supporting Project Manager in developing a risk strategy and plan that supports project delivery.

· Experience of managing internal resources, including the training and mentoring of more junior staff members.

· Monitoring and tracking of purchase orders in order to provide a view of committed/uncommitted expenditure

· Preparing, verifying and submitting applications for interim payments.

· Delivering high quality cost management across the full project lifecycle.

· Managed and analyzed budgets, P&L, balance sheets.

Project name-Design and Construction of Tunnel by Shield TBM, Tunnel by Cut & Cover, Underground Station at Azadpur by Cut & Cover Method & Ramps at Mukundpur and Shalimar Bagh for Underground works on Mukundpur - Yamuna Vihar Corridor of Delhi MRTS Project Phase-III (DMRC CC-04 Project)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Preparation of control budget and its quarterly revision.
• Client billing (DMRC RA Bill), Material advance, Plant & Machinery advance bill, Escalation etc.
• Variance analysis in client billing & subcontractor Billing.
• Subcontractor bill verification, certification & preparation of payment request for process of payment in SAP.
  

• Project-Chimney construction at Amravati Thermal Power Project
• Roles/ Responsibilities: -
• Independently handled Budgeting, Planning and billing
• Preparation of Control budget, Quarterly Revision of CTC
• Cost control, variance analysis.
• Client billing as well as sub-contractor billing.
• Dealing with client ( Reliance Power ), Consultant ( Stup ) & sub-contractors
• Reconciliation of materials like Cement, steel, RMC etc.

• Project: Construction of Viaduct of length 5.202 km and five Station Buildings on Inderlok-Mundka Corridor of Phase-II of Delhi MRTS - Contract No-BC-7
• Roles and responsibilities:-
• Client Billing (DMRC) including escalation & Contractor Billing
• Preparation of various Claims & Variations (Utility claims, Extra items of about 14 crores were prepared and approved from DMRC)
• Preparation of MPR & DPR
• Estimation of quantities of metro project
• Dealing with client ( DMRC ) and Consultant ( Stup )
