Talent Acquisition & Management & People Operations:

  • Sole talent acquisition specialist of an org, working as a part of the central team of Securities Services & Operations of Corporate & Investment Bank
  • Accomplished talent acquisition for 700+ requisitions and managed end to end process along with Headcount management - planning and analysis, allocation and financial analysis, budgeting, etc

Project Management & Execution & BA/BM:

  • Executed all Automation & Data Transformation (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) as well as a couple of Risk & Control related assignments
