• Company Overview: We work on TMS System.

A Toll plaza primarily operates on software system called Toll Management System(TMS), which utilizes RFID technology, commonly known as FASTag, to facilitate electronic toll collection(ETC) at the plaza.

=> And here we use SQL Database to store information like vehicle license plates, vehicle type, toll fees, payment methods, timestamps of entry and exit, and any discount or exemptions,allowing for easy access and analysis.

• Provide technical support to the Site Engineers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving 90% of inquiries within the first contact
• Assist Site Engineers with product setup, troubleshooting, and issues related to Blacklist Files
• We check on the plaza whether the blacklist file is arriving or not
• And whether the service is working fine or not
• We provide some training part to the site engineer like how to resolve the Cash-up issue, inserting Blacklist file and we guide how to resolve all this issue

• Company Overview: We work on TOLL PLAZA System
• Provide technical support to the Site Engineers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving 90% of inquiries within the first contact
• Assist Site Engineers with product setup, troubleshooting, and issues related to Blacklist Files
• We check whether the service is working properly and if there is a glitch in the service, we report the issue to the Development Team

• Debugged software and hardware issues and created bug reports for software development teams
