• Working as Head Quality for DMRC DC-02 Project (Construction of Elevated Viaduct from Maujpur (excluding) to Majlis Park (excluding) including Bridge across Yamuna, Integrated Elevated Viaduct with PWD Flyover at Lower deck and Metro Line at Upper deck from Yamuna Vihar to Bhajanpura and 08 Elevated Stations of Majlis Park-Maujpur corridor of Delhi MRTS under Phase IV Project).

The project was recently handed over to client where I spearheaded the below mentioned activities from the inception through the completion of the project.

• Preparation of PQP, FQAP, WPS, PQR, Method Statement review and approval and Material Testing & Inspection according to Inspection Test Plan.
• Conducting the Initial Concrete Mix Designs on site and their routine optimization.
• Conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigations for all quality-related issues on the project, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conducting Internal & External Quality Audits as per ISO Recommendations & Specifications.
• Proactively engaging with customers and addressing complaints related to product and process quality in a timely and effective manner.
• Developing KAIZENS and implementing it across various sites in our organization.

• Worked as Manager QA/QC on Underground Project of Construction of Twin Box Tunnel by Cut & Cover method and one underground station namely ICC Centre for extension of Airport Express line from Dwarka Sector-21 to ICC Centre at Dwarka Sector-25 under Delhi MRTS Project of Phase-III.
• Worked as Incharge Quality and led the commissioning of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation project (Construction of Viaduct of 5.7 km from NOIDA CITY CENTRE TO SECTOR 62 including and 6 stations for completion of Phase III of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, CC-94)
• Prepared and implemented QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN (QAP) for the company as a whole.
• Formulated and Designed the CONCRETE MIXES of all the grades which were to be used on the project.
• Established and commissioned 2 Batching Plants as per the Quality Control parameters and efficiently produced approximately 2 lacs cubic meter of concrete from it.
• Initiated and streamlined a Central Record keeping Procedure as per the ISO 2015 norms, thus successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and managed all the documentation process efficiently with it.
• Frequently involved in Factory Inspections of Contractors involved on the project for procurement of materials such as ELASTOMEIC BEARINGS , PRE-STRESSING SYSTEMS , STEEL BRIDGES & FOOT OVER BRIDGES, ensuring its Quality at every step.

• Worked as Assistant Manager QA/QC on CC-06 Project of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (Construction of Viaduct including Ramp for Badarpur to Faridabad Elevated Metro Corridor)
• Formulated ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) for the project along with the Development, Implementation and Maintenance of QA/QC procedures as per Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Developed METHOD STATEMENTS for various activities, facilitated approval from DMRC client and ensured compliance of the same at all the jobs being carried out.
• Managed and Led 2 Batching Plants (M1 (60 m3) & CP-30 (30 m3)) along with CONCRETE PLANNING, PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL.
• Responsible for Testing of incoming raw materials like Cement, Micro silica, Coarse & Fine Aggregates, Admixture etc.
• Supervised concreting of Pre – Tensioned U- Girders, Post Tensioned Pier Caps at Pre Cast Yard.
• Offered additional responsibility of ERECTION activities in the elevated corridor supervising Post Stressing (1st & 2nd stage of pier caps), Pedestal casting on pier caps & portal beams and their grinding to required level, slip cutting, cap fixing & grouting of ducts on pier caps after stressing, staging on pier for pier cap erection and Collar fixing (both Top & Bottom), reinforcement binding and doing Stitch concrete between pier and pier caps, Transportation, Erection & Alignment of U-Girders, Pier Caps & I- Girders.

• Responsible for Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring of QA/QC plans, Procedures and Specifications.
• Conducted trials for Optimizing Design Mix on regular basis.
• Played a pivotal role in supervising and leading the VALUE ADDED PRODUCT (VAP), designing the special type of concrete as below.

• Managed and Streamlined all the Laboratory Tests of Incoming Raw Materials and documentation.

• Worked as Manager, QUALITY CONTROL on RAJNIGANDHA UNDERPASS Construction Project (Construction of 670 mts. Underpass at Rajnigandha crossing which includes construction of 150 Diaphragm walls, base slab, piles, Tie beam and carriageway).
• Responsible for Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring of QA/QC plans, Procedures and Specifications.
• Evaluated Technical submittals and Test Reports.
• Supervised end to end process of Construction of Diaphragm wall and Piling work along with preparation of Bar Bending Schedules, Checklist and Concrete Pour card.

• Worked as Engineer, Civil on AMEL (Airport Metro Express Line) under DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LTD (Design and Construction of Indira Gandhi International Airport Station and cut & cover Tunnel including Switch over Ramps in Airport Area, diversion of inward and outward traffic to the IG International Airport and building of temporary ramp to facilitate normal and emergency movements of personnel vehicles and consignments).
• Supervising and Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per approved drawings.
• Supervised the mass concreting of Roof Slab, Concourse Slab & Base Slab.
• Contributed in efficient documentation of checklists, pour cards and RFI’s.
• Responsible for the construction of Diaphragm Wall including construction of guide wall and respective cages.
• Added responsibility in Quality Control Function, optimized the existing DESIGN MIX for M35 grade bringing commercial efficiencies.
• Performed Tests according to ITP (Inspection Test Plan).
• Calibrated Batching Plant periodically, maintaining quality of concrete produced.
• Supervised the quality of work on site by performing Non Destructive Tests and rectified the same according to appropriate method statement.
• Assisted and Prepared the Monthly Quality Report.
