1. Project: UnitedHealth Group - ISB

• Production Support

Roles and responsibilities:

• As a member of the production support team, my role involved managing incidents raised by the business team, including analyzing issues, working on resolutions, providing solutions, and ensuring timely closure.
• I was also involved in debugging and fixing code as required for incident resolution.
• My role in the production team also included monitoring of live batches in the production as well as debugging of failures in the batches.

• Project: Producer Extract

UHG producer extract is a feature where we send payment related information for the reimbursement based on a list of agent IDs eligible for different types of reimbursement.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Wrote test cases based on the Technical Design Document.
• Performed system and integration testing for the producer extract batch.
• Identified, reported, and retested defects encountered during testing.
• Provided demo of the test results to the product owners.

• Project: Annual Payer Discount

UHG committed to give individuals a discount if they pay more than the Annual premium amount at once.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Wrote test cases based on the Technical Design Document.
• Performed system and integration testing for the test scenarios.
• Identified, reported, and retested defects encountered during testing.
• Executed a few complex scenarios that included complex data creation and test execution.
• Suggested a few design changes in the team design call based on defects that arose during testing.

• Project: Recurring EFT payment

EFT autopay in ISB is a type of auto payment wherein if an individual has an active autopay setup, the bill will get paid automatically. Also the individual is eligible for an EFT discount on their bill.

• Wrote test cases based on the Technical Design Document.
• Performed system and integration testing for the test scenarios.
• Identified, reported, and retested defects encountered during testing.
• Performed API testing & UI testing for the creation of AutoPay.

Tools and Technology used: ORMB, Servicenow, SQL developer, Rally, Postman.

1. Project : Healthcare Service Corporation (HCSC)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Performed API testing for Payments.
• Attended the functional design KTs from developers to understand various designs and functionalities.
• Performed Sanity testing.

Tools and Technology used: ORMB, Rally, Postman, SQL developer.

Having joined as a fresher, I participated in various training programs for ORMB.

Project: BRMS (Billing and Receivable Management System)

• Worked on system testing of new features, as well as regression testing of existing features after each release.
• Also worked on the Regression automation suite. Created some new scripts as well as worked on the maintenance of the existing scripts.
• Worked with UAT team and assisted in their testing.
