• Single handedly created Playbook, a one stop shop for maintaining the document templates and processes which was used by Engineers (Dev, Designers & QAs) & BAs, Leadership not just in India but also in Australia. This sped up the on boarding time with quality by 2 weeks and established a fail safe environment setting colleagues up for success. Was recognized by CBA India Leadership team for this activity in Aug 2023.
