• Responsible for handling Procter & Gamble Portfolio in E commerce Business which included Brands like Olay, Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Gillette and Whisper
• Achieving MOM targets of existing brands & managing them End to End
• Planning Inventory of the existing Sku's with regular checks on the top sellers which drives most of the business for the brands, making buy plan for the new launches, reducing Excess and Close to Expiry (CTE) stock by making liquidation plans
• Working closely with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain, Finance, Catalogue, Warehouse, Marketing and Other teams for smoother functioning of Brands
• Planning Monetization and Marketing with brands for improving visibility and brand building on platform and working on PLP and PDP to improve the customer journey

Retail -

• Managing Business of Private Label Brands like Kay Beauty, Nykaa Cosmetics , Dot & Key in the Retail Channel
• Rationalizing the Brand assortment based on the performance on a regular basis that needs to be added in the store
• Coordinating with the Brand Partner on a regular basis for Discounts and Offers, planning of the new launches and their marketing strategy
• Working on Visual Merchandising for the Brand in order to improve the customer experience and increasing the visibility for the Brand
• Collaborating with different teams like New store opening (NSO) , Supply chain and Projects team to ensure Brand is properly placed in the new launched stores

• Accountable for achieving the established sales and distribution targets in the assigned territory
• Ensuring proper implementation of various trade schemes and other company policies Responsible for market development, dealer management and stakeholder management for the entire territory
• Forecasting and planning the stocks availability after analyzing the trends and customer buying behavior in the market
• Coordinated with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
