- Reports for the better procurement of the spare by considering their all the technicality
- Responsible for Analysis of machine failures (performing Root cause analysis of the failure), maintaining the Incident report of the failures, and making of warranty claims against the OEM

- Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts, and critical parts
- Development of Dragline deployment plan to achieve the target at time by assigning the people responsibility to the concerned task.
