Roles and Responsibilities:

• Being the financial and administrative head (BPM) of the BPIU- Block Project implementation unit (Block level unit)
• Core work constitutes Institution building, capacity building and Financial inclusion through Microfinance (bank linkage) and community finance (project fund) to the Community based Organization (SHGs, VOs, CLFs).
• Maximum member should should be involved in Livelihoods activities through interventions in sector of Farm, Non-Farm, Off-farm and direct job placements under DDUGKY, MNREGA and other Govt schemes.
• Involvement in hiring cadres at village and Panchayat level on regular basis.

Achievements:

• Successfully actioned various state and central government programmes like Sustainable Livelihoods Mission for Ultra Poor Households, Jal Jeevan Hariyali, PDS, SHG – bank linkage programme (of more than 400 SHGs), Mission Antyodaya, Village Poverty Reduction Plan, DDUGKY etc.
• Establishment of 102 micro enterprises under SJY project of Bihar government, 1 custom hiring centre (CHC) as a farm intervention and 3 mask stitching centre to fight with Covid-19.

Initiatives:

• For the inclusion of children (left out from education schemes due to pathetic family conditions) of age group 5-14, started a community based teaching institution through training the existing cadres of BRLPS (JEEViKA). Sent the concept note of the same to extrapolate the project in whole Bihar.
• To minimize the the risk of issues due to menstrual unhygienic, Started a channel of distribution of cheap and best sanitary pad produced under the scheme of Pradhanmantri Jan Aushadhi Yojna.

Key Responsibilities:

• For starting eight months, It was mainly field work as drive test engineer to learn the technicality of mobile communication.
• Afterwords coordination role came and in that a targeted number of issues to be get done through field engineers.
