• Balances between business initiatives versus technical debts, such as node upgrades, platform changes, MongoDB upgrades, data migration, onboarding of new third-party vendors etc.
• Deep dives into the data model & it’s logic for any dependency on platform changes where our app consumes data being sent by downstream.
• Owns business requirements gathering, assessing architectural aspects, analyzing the current state, and identifying impacted components/APIs, defines the definition of Done.
• Leads backlog refinement N+1 meetings, brain storming sessions, grooming, prioritizations, sprint commitment & other scrum events.
