• 1. Jhansi Exhibition Centre (JEX), a project of the Jhansi Development Authority, is being developed by Bootes in EPC mode. This project is being developed in an 8.5-acre area, where we have an exhibition hall (20,000 sq. ft.), a stage, an auditorium hall, seminar halls, conference halls, lounges, a VIP retiring room, public toilets, pre-function halls, and gardens, all having various types of services and facilities in development.
• 2. Shri Lete Hanuman Mandir (SLH) and corridor, a project of the Prayagraj Development Authority developed by Bootes on an EPC mode. Here we have to develop the 120,000 sqft area for the corridor, where we have to develop the commercial block, kitchen, security block, Pujari block, waiting halls, drinking water facility, queue management, huge entrance, exit, and emergency gates, along with the reconstruction of Shri Lete Hanuman Temple.
• 3. Maharashtra Bhavan, the project of the Maharashtra Public Works Department for devotees of Maharashtra reaching Ayodhya, is a G+12 story building that has all types of accommodation facilities, such as dormitories, rooms, suites, a kitchen, a dining hall, gardens, a parking area, a service area, and a lobby. The building is equipped with all types of services, including a fire fighting and fire address system, an HVAC system, and lift elevators, etc.
• 4. Netziva Cold Storage, Rewari, is developing a 150,000-square-foot area of cold storage, with a 180,000-square-foot area of cold rooms.

Job Profile:

• Providing technical inputs for preparing the BOQ and BOM against GFC drawings.
• Coordination with the client and other vendors for smooth working at the site.
• Preparing material inventory and compiling it with their test certificate.
• Providing the SOP for execution work, testing, and commissioning.
• Resourcing and follow-up for the material, and team mobilization at sites.

Job Profile:

• ITC of 5 No. 33/0.415 KV, 2000 KVA transformers, 1010 KVA, 11 No. DG set with exhaust chimney and fueling system, 1000 KVA, 10 no. Servo stabilizer, 8-way 33 kV VCB panel, 5 No. Power panel, 3 no. PLC panel, 6 No. LT panel with 22 no. UPS (30 KVA to 400 KVA)
• ITC of 550TR, 4 no. Chiller plant, condense water pump, chilled water pumps, hot water generator, 4 no cooling tower, 67 AHU and CSU, chilled water line and hot water lines, GI and aluminium ducting diffuser dampers, and grills.

• Fumba Uptown Living is a 200-acre, highly integrated township project of Union Property Developers in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Job Responsibility:

• Coordination with the client and design consultant for the design of the electrical power network, sewerage network, storm water network, treated water supply network, telecom network, and street lighting network.
• Providing inputs for preparing the details and sections of coordinated services layouts.
• Installation and commissioning of the primary substation, 33/11 kV transformer, with control unit, capacitor bank, CT, PT, and backup system.
• Installation and commissioning of 11 kV ring with 6 no. Distribution substation, 11/0.415 kV transformers, RMU (VCB and load break switch), LT panel.
• Planning and execution of stormwater drainage with its chambers.
• Planning and execution of sewerage lines with their manholes.

• Monitor the construction and laying of sewerage lines, along with their chambers.
• Supervise the laying of water supply lines as per design, with their valves and chambers.
• Execution of 11 kV ring line cables and 415-volt distribution line cables.

Job Responsibility:

• Managed and completed the project from start to handover; the project was completed on schedule.
• Responsible for managing all MEPF, civil infrastructure, and building execution works.
• Planning for all material delivery and resource mobilization to match the speed of the time-bound project.
• Installation of 11/0.415 KV 1000 KVA substation, with their HT cabling and control cabling works.

Job Responsibility:

• Review of designs of electrical, sewer lines, storm water lines, treated water lines, and telecom network.
• Preparing the BOM and BOQ for scheduled works of electrical, sewer, storm water, telecom, and treated water.
• Follow up with the concerned department for the scheduled delivery of requested materials and resources for smooth execution at the site, and complete the work as per the planned time frame.
• Procurement of the materials for site execution and spare parts for company-owned machinery.
• Coordination between contractors, the civil team, and head office officials for smooth progress.
• Installation and commissioning of three 11 kV / 415 Volt 300 kVA substations.
• ITC of 250 KVA DG for utilities and office backup. And laying power cables in Hume pipes and underground work.
• Supervise the execution and installation work of main gate lights, garden lights, and street light pole network with their feeder pillars.

• Vatika City, Gurgaon is a residential project; the row houses, multistore buildings, and sky towers are spread over a 49-acre area with beautiful gardens, pathways, lifts, basement parking, and a security system.

Job Responsibility:

• Review of electrical infrastructure work, HVAC system, and basement ventilation system designs.
• Coordination with civil department teams and different vendors for smooth progress.
• Installation and commissioning of a 33/11 kV primary substation and four 11 kV/415 volt distribution substations.
• ITC of the 1,250 KVA, 1,010 KVA, and 750 KVA diesel generators with an auto backup system.
• ITC of LT panel, APFCR panel, bus bar trunking, and cabling work on tray and Hume pipes.
• Installation of street light poles, garden lighting, facade lighting, and their feeder pillars as per design and drawings.
• Supervise the installation work of 54 lift elevators of different capacities in different towers, along with their machine room installation work.
• Supervise the ITC work of the main pump room and firefighting station, irrigation system, including the installation work of fire hydrants and fire sprinklers as per design.
