  • 1. Jhansi Exhibition Centre (JEX), a project of the Jhansi Development Authority, is being developed by Bootes in EPC mode. This project is being developed in an 8.5-acre area, where we have an exhibition hall (20,000 sq. ft.), a stage, an auditorium hall, seminar halls, conference halls, lounges, a VIP retiring room, public toilets, pre-function halls, and gardens, all having various types of services and facilities in development.
  • 2. Shri Lete Hanuman Mandir (SLH) and corridor, a project of the Prayagraj Development Authority developed by Bootes on an EPC mode. Here we have to develop the 120,000 sqft area for the corridor, where we have to develop the commercial block, kitchen, security block, Pujari block, waiting halls, drinking water facility, queue management, huge entrance, exit, and emergency gates, along with the reconstruction of Shri Lete Hanuman Temple.
  • 3. Maharashtra Bhavan, the project of the Maharashtra Public Works Department for devotees of Maharashtra reaching Ayodhya, is a G+12 story building that has all types of accommodation facilities, such as dormitories, rooms, suites, a kitchen, a dining hall, gardens, a parking area, a service area, and a lobby. The building is equipped with all types of services, including a fire fighting and fire address system, an HVAC system, and lift elevators, etc.
  • 4. Netziva Cold Storage, Rewari, is developing a 150,000-square-foot area of cold storage, with a 180,000-square-foot area of cold rooms.


Job Profile:

  • Providing technical inputs for preparing the BOQ and BOM against GFC drawings.
