Mondelez International - Roll out project

• Involved in the roll out of Decentralized WM solution for Indonesia.
• Responsible for requirement gathering, blueprint documentation , function designs, testing and deployment for Warehouse Management solutions and functionalities.
• Prepared documentation of configuration rationale for WM and Functional specifications for new requirements as well as for the new change requirements, required for SAP WM roll out for various countries.
• Identified the Fit and Gap in the existing template and proposed new solutions for the Gaps.
• System build/configuration for SAP WM for the upcoming rollout activities.
• Took ownership and deployed all the WM objects for Client team and transformed all existing objects to the global template, so that the same can be used for future rollouts.

Caterpillar Inc - AMS Support Project

• Presently leading Inventory/Warehouse Management and Procurement value streams (having 10 members) from client site – US-IL.
• Primary point of contact for both modules for client Business & In-house template team, Deloitte implementation team, middleware teams, Legacy and third-party application teams.
• Involved in resolving AMS support incidents on stipulated SLA based on priorities and deploy new enhancements through change requests.
• Involved in all phases of ASAP implementation - blueprinting, Fit gap analysis, mapping, design, and configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post-deployment support for the enhancements and Break-fix changes for all the WM MM enhancements.
• Deploy end to end configurations for new warehouses as well as various functionality changes which include Stock Placement, Stock removal, Internal transfers, Physical/Cycle count Inventory etc.
• Expertise in reviewing the solutions proposed by team and guide the offshore team in communicating with business stakeholders with deployment.
• Support all client Supply Chain systems across the world which includes Asia Pacific, Global Mining EU, UK and US system and assist the business team in Warehouse Management, Procurement solutions.
• Involved in the S4 HANA Conversion assessment for both the modules for the present ERP system.
• Proposed multiple value additions/process optimizations to the business team in optimizing the business process as well as in improving warehouse efficiency. Received multiple appreciations from Client and Firm leadership for the successful deployments.
• Experience in various data migration activities for Warehouse data upload of product master, Bin master creation, Bin sorting, Stock upload, Packaging specification, Initial stock uploads etc.
• Supported multiple system upgrades.
• Provide SLA metrics statuses to Deloitte leadership as well as client team on a weekly basis and ensured 99% SLA all time with no exception.
• Assist the client template team (solution owners for the value stream) and Deloitte implementation team in solutioning, testing and deploying various objects.
