Building End to End Automation framework through resolve orchestration.

The key project which I handled through automation which saves lot of time.

Self-Healing Automation – Designed, Developed and Implemented Self-Healing framework to remediate the incidents identified by the tools like Netcool, SCAPM. Integrated with resolve for workflow and remediation.

Health Check Automation - Designed, Developed and Implemented customized Health Check and Self-Healing Automation for Windows, Linux, AIX, Solaris, Oracle and SQL.

Automated Patching & Firmware upgrade activity for ESXi Servers, this includes Pre and Post validations with using Snow and Resolve automation, Manual efforts have been saved and Human errors have been eliminated. Overall savings = 301.5 hours per month which is equivalent to 2 FTE.

Self-Heal for Known alerts like Disk Space, CPU and Memory through SNOW integration.

ESXI inventory for more than 40 VC’s which has been populated in the DB.

With respect to the Hardware alerts, we automate incident creation to Vendors.

Server Decommissioning through automation once the change has been approved.

SQL Configuration inventory and validate whether it’s been configured as per standards.
