• Project S- 92 Helicopter worked as a Quality Engineer, Laser Tracker Operator at Tata advanced systems Ltd Calibration of Jig’s & Fixtures Major Aerospace giants.
• Project C-130J Tata Lockheed Martin Aero Structures Ltd (C- 130 MILITARY AIRCRAFTS) Working as Tool Engineer setting of Jig’s & Fixtures major Aerospace giants and reverse engineering.
• Currently working in project AH-64 and B-737 VFIN Tata Boeing Aerospace Limited as production lead.
• We manufacture wide range of specialized batteries in Nickel, Lead, Silver Zinc.

• Plan and set daily/weekly/monthly production as per the IMS.

• Identifying critical location or area for drilling, riveting and other critical operations before assemble the structure to avoid the NC.

• Working on prevent action and corrective action to accountability hand tool, improve the product quality and reduce production TAKT time.
• Providing training to operator for improve the skills by using process OJT.

• Locate tooling details and high tolerance holes drilling with help of laser tracker to avoid production stoppage and achieve the quality.
• Run a full compensation routine on Tracker to maintain Tracker accuracy.
• Master Gage, template, and model rigging and interpretation.
• Working with Excel, and Power Point to make presentation and daily report.
• Documentation of Annual PI/V and Maintenance for Jig & Fixtures.
• Giving Demonstration to customer and as well as management.
• Maintaining performance records my team member and as well as coordinators.
• Working knowledge of three-dimensional coordinate reference systems and spatial orientation.
• SCM Follow up & Vendor Dealing.
• Responsibility of manpower safety.
• Giving Training for new operators on 3d Laser Tracker and Laser Scanner.
