· Management of inline HBS system at CSMI airport, Mumbai.

· Liaison with internal/external stake holder.

· Planning and management of infrastructure/facility and ensure 100% up time for inline HBS equipment’s.

· Manpower planning & recruitment. Ensure certification/recertification of screeners in a stipulated time period.

· Periodic assessment & appraisals to ensure quality control and systematic analysis for continual improvement.

Strategic planning & implementation of QCP/ASP/Inline HBS SOP & policies issued by BCAS from time to time.

• Coordinating Security training and manpower planning for entire west region
• Implemented operational strategies to build customer loyalty and retention.
• Provided leadership to develop business plans and promote organisational vision.
• Implementation of security policy and procedures laid down by the company.
• Manage safe and secure operations in accordance with security program and applicable procedures.
• Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability.
• Ensure that the staffs in the shift are fully aware of emergency response procedures, rules and regulations.
• Monitor continuously the Quality system and the level of conformance.
• Establish, maintain and develop work procedures (SOPs) with the team.
• Initiate and implement corrective actions to secure quality levels.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property.
• Liaise with government agencies and other security related departments.
• Maintaining customer facilitation and satisfaction.
• Primary role revolves around supervising flight operations, handling escalated customer complaints within the company guidelines, deputing for the station management personnel during flight operations, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence from the handling agent.
• Extended responsibilities included ensuring the implementation of INDIGO Sop’s is followed at airport at all given times with performing the role of a “Performance Driver” for Operations which involved identifying problem areas and implementing the best practices within the company framework.
• Mitigated regulatory risks by complying with HMRC and legal requirements.
