Here my role including Installation of Printer and pre and Post Services.

Company profile-Durst India is a Subsidiary of Durst Phototechnic AG,Italy which is the leading manufacturing

company of Machines in ceramic, Textile, Glass and etc. It is the world's largest manufacturing

company which has developed its own parts, electronic cards and software for this machine.

The technology on which it works is DOD technology (drop on demand)

The machine works PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.

And the whole transmission of the machine works on optical fiber communication.

Job profile-To do the Technical and maintenance work of the digital printer

● Assisted customers with troubleshooting issues related to software and hardware in a timely manner.

● Resolved customer service requests within the given time frame.

● Provided technical support for customers on site or remotely via phone or email.

Started on May 2014As a Field Service Engineer at DURST, I provide technical support and field installation services for ceramic printing machines across India also Sri Lanka .

During this periody goal is to continuously improve my technical and professional skills, and to provide the best possible service to the customers.
