- The Product Data Management (PDM) and Document Management (DM) systems at Maquet Cardiovascular (MCV) are supported by several applications that are highly customized and are based on outdated versions of platform software components. Windchill has been identified as a single application that can meet the business process requirements.
- Performed data migrated from Seven legacy applications Windchill VS, Athena, DAS, DOCS, Windchill CS, Viewpoint and LHR DMR into Windchill 9.1 system. Data is extracted into XML/Excel Spread sheets.
- Windchill Out of Box Document, Part and Change Notice loaders are customized to achieve the requirements.
- Data transformations are designed and developed to transform them into Windchill loader acceptable formats.
- Developed utility to Load SAP Publish history to publish migrated data in such a way that ESI middleware interprets and releases appropriate details to SAP.
- Developed data transformation tool using java swings and JDOM used for parsing the data extracted into XMLs files.
