  • Full access to the MD’s email inbox for effective management of correspondence.
  • Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the MD.
  • Ensure all urgent and important emails are flagged for the MD’s attention.

Calendar Management

  • Maintain and organize the MD’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are scheduled efficiently.

Meeting Coordination

Human Resources (HR) Support

  • Assist with recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups).

Communications on Behalf of MD

  • Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the MD when necessary, ensuring all communications are aligned with the MD’s preferences and corporate policies.
  • Draft professional emails and letters as needed.

PowerPoint Presentation Preparation

  • Create visually appealing and professionally structured PowerPoint presentations for internal or external meetings, sales reviews, or board discussions.
  • Design presentations that convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

Sales Team Progress Report

  • Prepare Pivot Tables and data-driven reports to track the sales team’s progress in terms of customer engagement, closures, and other KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights or recommendations based on trends observed in the reports.
