• Quality Coordination: Work closely with project managers and quality control teams to produce concrete according to mix design specifications.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular calibration and preventive maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including production data, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal processes.
• Staff Management: Train and supervise plant operators and maintenance staff, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
• Production Management: Ensure timely production as per mix design specifications provided by Quality Management.
• Breakdown Response: Respond quickly to breakdowns, identifying and executing appropriate solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Verify batch sheets before dispatching to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Reporting & Planning: Prepare mechanical reports, daily progress reports, work plans, and maintenance schedules.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry in MS Excel & MS Office, manage customer and supplier entries, and oversee payroll generation.
• Client Relations: Follow up with customers and contractors for payments and coordination of site works.
