- Planned and executed the installation of a 175 KLPD Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Distillery with a 5 MW Cogeneration plant.
- Synchronized 24 MW and 12 MW turbines, increasing power export by 2 MW/day and boosting revenue.
- Led a successful cane variety replacement program, increasing early varieties from 7.5% to 95%, reducing general from 35% to 5%, and eliminating rejects within five years. Replaced red rot-infected CO0238 with improved varieties CO15023 and CO0118.
- Reduced process losses from 2.04% to 1.57% and lowered chemical consumption through collaboration with IIT Roorkee.
- Installed Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) on key equipment, improving efficiency and reducing captive power usage.
