- Material Movement Planning by Road & Rake -
- Over all looked material (Soyabean Meal and Rapeseed Meal) movement planning which is based on export contract or local sale contract
- As per material requirement at the port, provide instruction to various plant locations for despatch
- According to our sale decide plant location in which material will despatch against the same contract
- In case of STO material sending to company to company , material despatch from plant to various port locations like Kandla, Jamnagar, Mumbai, Vizag etc
- Received original despatch documents like original RR/ Challan , despatch latter , wagon wise list from plant and provide to port office
- MIS for Daily Long/ Short, Monthly Export & Stock Reconciliation of Cargo
- Update port stock of the day from port stock report & operations (arrivals of the day & current vessel loading)
- Monitoring dispatch from plants & local purchases as well as arrival at port, accordingly update goods in transit as per dispatches of group companies & outside purchase
- As per the Port office stock report and CHA stock report tally the stock which is lying in various ports like Kandla, Jamnagar, Mumbai etc
- Find out stock arrival shortage and warehouse and handing loses
- Report for inventory/stock on port & Monthly MIS for Export, Dispatch Arrival with Transit Shortage, Handling losses & Port losses etc.

- Ocean /Container Freight Negotiation-
- Regularly we are negotiating freight charges for 20’FT & 40’FT containers for destination port’s like US port’s Baltimore, Buffalo, Savannah, Tacoma, Houston, European ports like Genoa, Hamburg, Antwerp, Vigo, Rotterdam, Bari, Colombo Sri Lanka, Bandar abbas Iran, , Jebel Ali Dubai UAE, Jakarta Indonesia, Chittagong Bangladesh etc
- Space booking in vessel –
- In case of FOB shipment coordinate with buyer nominated carrier/shipping agent & for CIF shipment coordinate to our carrier for provide vessel schedule as well as booking copy for shipment
- Basis on booking copy instruct to transporter for pickup & placing container for stuffing
- Execution of Container Shipment - As per the vessel schedule instruct to plant for produce & packed the material for consignment
- Provide check list/shipping instruction to plant & accordingly stuff & load containers
- Completion of stuffing give instruction to CHA for file shipping bill
- Tracing the status of containers which has gated in & loaded in scheduled vessel or not
- Row Material planning- Create daily basis position statement of row material by this report manage the position of row material
- All material like import material /Export sale material & stock position at plant & port all incorporated in this report
- Basis on report importing refine palm stearin & Glycerine
- Recently we are importing new materials like C1214 & C1218
- This report daily sends to higher management like VP & CEO
- Coordination with buyer’s As per the export contracts/ schedule coordinate with buyer’s for asking LC, shipping instruction & basis on this given planning to freighting agent for vessel booking
- Inform to buyer about the vessel schedule & stuffing schedule
- Payments follow up with buyer after the shipment done/documents submit in bank
- Execution Nepal Export- Looking export execution of Nepal shipment /dispatch, according to contract condition give instruction to the plant to send material by road to destiny station
- Also check trucks/Tanker’s status with CHA & Transporter which had crossed border or not
- Also trace the trucks which are reaching at border timely or not
- If trucks did not reach at border within time period, then inform to transporter and know the status of trucks
- Nominate to Surveyor, Fumigator, freight forwarder etc- Nominate to surveyor for shipment supervision & analysis and fumigator to fumigate cargo of container shipment and Nepal export as per stuffing schedule
- After the completion of shipment finalize quality and arrange weight & quality report from surveyor
- Also we nominate to surveyor for by road & rake local dispatch
- Coordinate with surveyor & fumigator to smoothly loading / stuffing container
- If in case, got the problem in shipment or after the shipment coordinate to buyer and surveyor to identify the problem and get the proper solution
- Material Movement Planning by Road & Rake - Previously looked material (Soya bean Meal and Rapeseed Meal) movement planning which is based on export contract or local sale contract
- As per the requirement of material at the port dispatch material from the Plant by rake / road
- As per the shipment schedule give planning to plant for material dispatch before this comparing the road & rake freight and lower side availability of freight decide to move material by road or rake
- Accordingly give instruction to plant for book indent or give planning to transporter for material dispatch/move by road
- After the booking of indent know the status of rake availability /rake placement
- Daily basis taking dispatch figure from plant and accordingly inform to port/buyer for dispatch status
- Verification of Invoices / Bills of service provider agencies— Follow up for bills from all related agencies- CHA, Surveyor, Fumigator, Freight Forwarders and Port Officers for Shipment operation
- Checking provision detail along with original received bills/invoices
- Checking the invoice/bill as per the fixed quotation and sent invoices / bills for release payment.
