• Planning of weekly labor report and billing process.
• Execution of external buildings as per the drawings.

Software: MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities: preparation of estimation for the companies and client projects.

• BOQ and execution schedule are being maintained.
• Maintaining the cost and quality of the projects as per the PO.
• Ensuring the availability of BOQ manpower, materials, and machines.
• Labor weekly billing, supplies payment - coordination.
• Safety procedures, PPE usages.
• Building codes, regulations addressing.
• Delegation of authority.
• Documentation of work.

Projects: Government irrigation project skew culvert.

Marico Industrial Extension Work.

Software: MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS PowerPoint.

Responsiblities:

• Quality norms and specifications for adhesive.
• Cost estimation and planning.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule, shuttering requirements, as per the drawing.
• Labour report, material report - Ms. on a daily basis.
• Documentation – Gov't and management.
