InfoGenesis POS (Point of Sale) is a comprehensive point-of-sale solution for the hospitality industry. The Universal Desktop (UD) is the primary portal for configuration of the POS system.

• Releasing bugs and Hot fixes Working on the user stories
• Testing and Debugging.

Description:

EIP app will create which allows customer to print IQ samples based on the type of Problems they are experiencing. EIP app also contains instructions and process to allow customer to scan those images in and send them off to a database, where they will be view able by remote service staff. Upon viewing image samples remote service will offer potential solution to customer. Solution are not effective, or no solution can be proposed, a service call will be placed.
