Finalization of Accounts:- Scrutiny of GL, Preparation of Schedules of Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet as per schedule VI, Cash Flow Statement
Preparing Monthly Statement of Age wise Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Preparation of different types of Bank Guarantees like ABG, PBG, EMD BG Security Bond and its accountability
Managing the interface with external groups like banks, government authorities & auditors.
Statutory Compliances:- Taking Initiatives for Payments and Returns of TDS,FBT,EXCISE,SALES TAX,SERVICE TAX, PF, ESI,PROF.TAX ,ROC ,Stock Statements, EEPC Return and Annexure 19 for Export and Deemed Export on monthly basis etc.
Internal Audit of Accounts: - Scrutiny of GL for monthly P & L as per projections.
Estimation of Direct & Indirect Taxes
Analysis & issuance of TDS Certificates, C Forms
Computation of Advance Income Tax and Fringe Benefit Tax, etc
Handling various types of Audits / Scrutiny / Inspections / Assessments / with concern authorities like ISO Audit, Stock
Managing the interface with external groups like banks, government authorities & auditors.
