• Plan, schedule, and execute the Design Verification Plan (DVP) test cases for electric motors, battery systems, and electric and IC 2W vehicles.
• Perform functional, performance, durability, thermal, and validation testing on EV powertrain systems using dynamometer test benches.
• Operate, configure, and maintain dynamometer test systems, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition equipment to ensure accurate and repeatable testing.
• Manage daily operations of the Product Validation Lab (PVL), ensuring laboratory readiness, equipment availability, calibration, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Acquire, process, and analyze test data to evaluate product performance against engineering specifications, and DVP acceptance criteria.
• Prepare detailed validation reports with technical observations, failure analysis, and engineering recommendations.
• Perform troubleshooting of powertrain systems, instrumentation, CAN communication, and test bench-related issues during validation activities.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and validation requirements to ensure proper test execution.
• Support the design, fabrication, and validation of test fixtures and jigs for new test requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines, while maintaining product quality and engineering standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, laboratory operations, and automation processes.

• Managing engine Test bench and supporting uninterrupted production testing.
• Providing technical support to troubleshoot equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining production targets.
• Creating Test program as per the requirement and executing it.
• Configuration of Parameters through Data Acquisition Modules.
• Evaluated existing systems for opportunities to upgrade or implement new technology, boosting productivity levels in key areas.
• Conducting regular audits of equipment condition, initiating repairs or replacements as required to maintain optimal asset health.
• Maintaining records of Calibration, Maintenance checksheet.
• Preparing SOP, Work instruction, PM Checksheet.
• Root cause analysis for failure parts.
• Managing spares and co-ordinate with vendor for spares procurement.

• Managing installation and commissioning of Roller Chassis Dyno, EV and Transient Dyno system
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Identifying, diagnosing and resolving problems in software and Hardware.
• Root cause analysis for failure parts.
