In this role, I played a pivotal part in transitioning the company's operations during a major shift in business strategy. Until February 2020, the company primarily generated leads through calls related to personal finance. With the launch of the ffreedom app in March 2020, offering courses across three segments—Farming, Business, and Personal Finance—I took the lead in building and managing a dedicated in-house sales team for the Hindi language segment.

Starting during the pandemic, I successfully established a remote work-from-home sales team from March 2020 to May 2021. Post-lockdown, I scaled the operations by creating a fully operational in-house team comprising six team leaders and 75 agents.
