  • Enhanced Manufacturing EDGE program with 3 distinct levels: Beginner, Practitioner, and Master. Developed and implemented 11 essential pillars that are integrated throughout all three levels.
  • 72% of plants achieved EDGE beginner level clearance, 40% attained EDGE practitioner level, and 23% obtained EDGE master level certification till 2023 exit.

Six Sigma Program :

  • Designed and launched customized Six Sigma program for BIG markets, mandating trainees to fulfill three certification prerequisites: attending 6 days of intensive training, passing the assessment exam, and delivering one impactful six sigma project.

VSU (Vertical Startup) for new GF Plants / New Manufacturing Lines :

  • Implemented a highly effective VSU Model for internal use, resulting in consistent achievement of 80+ SLE since the initiation of commercial production.
