• Spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of the Manufacturing EDGE Model at 46 Coca Cola bottling plants across 12 countries.
• Maintained a sharp focus on productivity, skill development, waste elimination, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal manufacturing cost and service delivery. Additionally, successfully led the transition of plants from Audit Ready to Always Ready.
• Enhanced Manufacturing EDGE program with 3 distinct levels: Beginner, Practitioner, and Master. Developed and implemented 11 essential pillars that are integrated throughout all three levels.
• 72% of plants achieved EDGE beginner level clearance, 40% attained EDGE practitioner level, and 23% obtained EDGE master level certification till 2023 exit.

Six Sigma Program :

• Designed and launched customized Six Sigma program for BIG markets, mandating trainees to fulfill three certification prerequisites: attending 6 days of intensive training, passing the assessment exam, and delivering one impactful six sigma project.

VSU (Vertical Startup) for new GF Plants / New Manufacturing Lines :

• Implemented a highly effective VSU Model for internal use, resulting in consistent achievement of 80+ SLE since the initiation of commercial production.
• Leveraged this model to drive improved project efficiency across more than 20 newly established manufacturing lines and multiple Green Field plants throughout a span of 7 years.
• Recognized by global SLT for successfully implementing the VSU Model in targeted countries globally.

SCEM Drive (Supply Chain Excellence Model) , Since 2020..

• Successfully applied TPM principles resulting in JIPM TPM Excellence award for 9 HCCB factories and creation of an internal SCEM model.
• Implemented strategic roadmap mapped out through the SCEM Model to achieve excellence levels at all participating plants.
• Eliminated cost spent on External TPM consultants by adopting an Inhouse Model.
• Achieved significant improvement in overall performance by instilling a powerful Kaizen culture through initiatives like the online Kaizen Portal, Replication drive, and National Kaizen Conference.

People Capability :

• TPM - Conducted 50+ extensive TPM Facilitator / Pillar programs and Pillar trainings for over 500 associates across all HCCB plants in one decade.
• SCOT Program (Supply Chain Operations Trainee) - Designed and owned 9-month extensive training program, SCOT, to create an entry-level talent pool. Program includes recruitment to confirmation and is offered to 50+ trainees annually from premier institutions in India.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Program :
• Closely worked alongside ASQ to design and implement a customized 12-day program catering to our unique requirements.
• Led the development of 50+ Black Belts by organizing specialized training for factory managers, corporate executives, and functional heads. Participants successfully finished their projects and were awarded ASQ certificates.

• Led efforts to implement key Manufacturing Excellence methodologies like MMEM (Marico Manufacturing Excellence Model), TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean culture across 3 Coconut oil manufacturing plants in India.
• Led a team to successfully implement and sustain ISO 14001, ISO 18001, and FSSC 22000.

• Identified and executed value engineering projects with a focus on improving business outcomes at New Tip manufacturing.

• Headed the 'Valves & Sensors' unit, responsible for managing manufacturing operations and overseeing the production of various Valves and Sensors for OEM customers. Achieved an annual production value of Rs. 800 Million.
• Led a dedicated workforce comprised of over 10 Engineers and more than 300 operators within multiple manufacturing facilities. Orchestrated the seamless operation of Product Assembly lines, an advanced Machine Shop incorporating high precision turning and grinding centers, as well as a state-of-the-art Moulding Shop boasting both vertical and horizontal injection moulding machines.
• Led multiple Quality Certification Programmes including QS 9000, 1SO TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 as an Area Management Appointee.
• Trained and mentored BB / GB projects as a Six Sigma Master Belt. Developed and executed the Six Sigma Annual Development plan, overseeing project selection in various fields including Design, Electronics, Inventory Control, Rubber Float Moulding, Printing, Pressure die-casting, Plastic moulding, Machining and Warranty failure & assembly.

• Managed Plant Quality & Production, overseeing the development of Quality Systems aligned with Whirlpool's standards.
• Contributed to cost reduction efforts by creating innovative Jigs & Fixtures that improved the accuracy and precision of machining operations.
