- Construction of 3 High Raised Residential towers (4 Basements + Ground floor + 56 Floors). We have a Connecting bridge at Sky lvl 14th Floor and 46th Floor.
- Responsible for the billing for which I kept in charge and answerable to the Management and General Manager.
- Preparation of preliminary cost estimates and cost plans of a development project.
- Advice on cost estimates in relation to project design.
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and time during the design phase. also prepare budgets and cash flow projections.
- Estimation of quantities and rates as per approved drawings received.
- Certification of vender bills and maintaining records.
- Preparation of draft work orders.
- Preparation of cash flow statement.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts, including bills of quantities.
- Providing client with MPSR reports pertaining to Detailed budget tracker with report, Tender package tracker and Billing tracker present it to client every month.
