As a Technical Consultant and TrackWise Administrator, I managed the TrackWise EQMS for Mylan, ensuring compliance with GMPs. I administered the application, implemented configuration changes, designed and developed TrackWise Config-forms, and enhanced Crystal Reports. My role involved performing data imports, migrating configuration changes, and coordinating with stakeholders, including Sparta Systems, DBA, Network, and Infrastructure teams. Additionally, I provided technical consultation, conducted training sessions, and identified opportunities for process improvements. I also managed risk, estimated efforts, and prepared documentation and reports to track project progress.
