TEAM MEMBER - IPO PROJECT (FEBRUARY 2023- MARCH 2024)

• Working on various sections of DRHP like Business section, Risk factors section, industry overview sections etc.
• Preparation of road show related data and meet with proposed investors.
• Preparation of financial model of company by incorporating company's strategy.
• Preparation of restated IND AS financials for DRHP.
• Co-ordinate with Merchant bankers, legal counsels, auditors and other various consultants.

HEAD - DIRECT TAXATION (FEBRUARY 2023- PRESENT)

• Company tax compliances, Assessments, Appeals, Structuring of tax efficient business transactions, Structuring of tax effective IPO OFS transactions, advance tax Planning, Structuring of tax efficient CTC, 80JJAA deduction working, Dividend payment related Compliances etc.
• Preparation of tax audit data and follow up with tax auditors for timely completion.
• Deal with various consultants with respect to complex tax transactions, tax opinions and litigation related work.

TEAM MEMBER - BUSSINESS FINANCE (APRIL 2024- PRESENT)

• Month end activities in SAP.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports like segment wise and product wise margin analysis, EBITDA analysis and variance analysis.
• Monthly tracking of plant wise product wise costing file for profitability analysis and decision making.
• M-o-M and Q-o-Q P& L tracking and analysis.
• AOP planning and preparation of estimated P&L for future periods.

TEAM MEMBER - INVESTOR RELATIONS (SEPTEMBER 2023- PRESENT)

• Preparation of data for investor presentation and investor conference calls.
• Meet with investors, coordination with investors to close transactions in effective and timely manner, submit data in line with regulatory requirements, Coordinate with consultants of investors.
• Provide inputs to management and CFO for proposed investments and stake purchase eg. Industry analysis, business analysis, Risk analysis and valuation aspects.

• Managing banking matters and overseeing finance and working capital aspects
• Conducting daily stock monitoring to track performance and identify trends
• Handling accounts and leading the finalization process
• Performing tax audit and transfer pricing audits to ensure compliance
• Managing the annual income tax return (ITR) filing for the company and directors
• Ensuring GST and income tax compliance in adherence to regulatory requirements
• Overseeing IND AS convergence to align with accounting standards
• Ensuring timely completion of ROC compliances to meet statutory obligations
• Coordinating 15CA and advance tax working to optimize tax planning
• Handling scrutiny, CIT appeal proceedings submission, and preparing necessary letters
• Providing renewal and other financial and technical data to all consortium banks
• Coordinating with all banks for seamless financial operations
• Generating and submitting monthly stock statements to banks for transparency and control
• Reporting unhedged foreign currency details to banks for risk assessment
• Preparing Funds Flow Statement (FFR) for banks to showcase financial health and performance

Review and preparation of ITR filling of corporate and non-corporate clients.

Scrutiny assessments submissions and hearings with income tax officer & CIT.

Transfer pricing,NRI taxation, tax audits, opinion drafting, MAT working, advance tax calculations etc.
