- Automating the test cases using Selenium and Java, which are written in Eclipse.
- Code is built using TestNG as a framework and the page object model to provide a clear understanding of the code and to reduce the redundancy of the code.
- Using Git and GitHub for storing and retrieving the code written.
- This code is combined with Maven, Git, and Jenkins to run the test cases automatically and produce reports of the failed test cases and graphs for the client.
- Bugs for the failed test cases are raised in Visual Studio and Jira, and the report is shared with the client.
- Testing of USAA is done on various browsers, with various modules of test suites.

- We test across three environments: WUS, NCU, and PROD.
- The environments are mimicked to create different scenarios, which will then be used for the validation of the functionality in varying conditions.
- Manual testing is conducted by step-by-step execution of test cases, so that defects or inconsistencies in the application can be easily identified.
- We verify the application's behavior against requirements, check the user interface, and ensure that all workflows function as expected.
- If we identify some issues, then we log a detailed defect report in VSO (Visual Studio Online).
- Bugs are assigned to the development team for resolution.
- After receiving the fixes from the development team, we conduct extensive re-testing and verification to ascertain that the identified issues are now resolved.
- The defects are then closed after confirming that the fixes work.
- We design comprehensive test cases for new functionalities, focusing on both positive and negative scenarios.
- In manual testing, we check the edge cases, user input validation, and overall functionality of the features for reliability and usability.
