  • Senior Manager, Represented the Credit Team of Wells Fargo, we were responsible to maintain very high levels of Quality and accuracy (99.5%) since we dealt in approving of funds and reporting out any deficits in Client’s accounts
  • Cross trained in both Processing and Reporting aspect of Credit
  • Processing:
  • Receive request from Brokers/Branches (on behalf of Client) for funds disbursement /transfer, debit Write offs, and updating periodic distribution records
  • Requests received via Wisdom (automated system), mails, FAF (Folder Application Facility) or ATI (Additional Transaction Request-Wisdom)
  • Requests for Checks, Fedwires, ACH’s and Journals on Wisdom require us to follow policies and Procedures called Funds Approval Methodology and approving by entering our WHO code and the request automatically gets processed
  • Requests for debit write offs and updating of periodic distribution records are received via mails, FAF or ATI which needs to be completed manually
  • Funds Approval Methodology requires us to analyze Clients Account on application called Rumba Mainframe -BETA (tool) screens such as CLED, ACCT, VALU, and SPAD
  • Manual entries are done on BETA screens JAZZ, GLEN, JOLT, SACH, DIST, AINS and MACH
  • Have to process these requests within deadlines and maintain accuracy levels of 99.5% as it may lead to potential loss to the company if processed incorrectly
  • Required to clarify with the Branch or the Team Leaders in case of any exception
  • Reporting:
  • Reporting dealt in updating and maintaining client's accounts
  • Required to download reports (in Excel format) on a daily basis (Out of 19, majority of the reports available on Wisdom-Opscredit) and review, analyze, update and maintain clients’ accounts
  • Branches are notified after account being reviewed for any debits, ACH Rejects, or updates that has been made in the clients account
  • Worked according to exceptions and escalated to team leaders of Wells Fargo wherever it was required
  • Review a report called Aqua which deals with charging of interest on unpaid trades
  • This is a monthly report which is received on 16th of every month
  • Very critical report as wrong interpretation leads to loss either to the client or the firm
  • Maintain Trackers for all the accounts that have been reviewed and processed along with the time taken to process them
  • Review accounts received as errors per business quality check and mark our comments for the same
  • Work per SLA (service level agreement) and our priority is to complete our task without any TAT (Turn around time) misses
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Have been given the responsibility of Process Training to the new associates
  • Have been asked to Quality Check on Fed wires since once approved this funds cannot be brought back from the client and was handling a team of 8 members
  • Created Lean Ideas to reduce time thereby helping the business to reduce costs indirectly
  • Have been single point of contact for IT, Transport, Logistics and integrity for 3 yrs.
