I have over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering learning programmes. I am working as a lead facilitator (Learning & Development) for a multinational professional services firm.

I have made my foray into school teaching when International Education beckoned me. Since then, to now – I have worked with some of India’s leading schools to set up and lead their IB,CBSE,ICSE & SSC programs.

I am passionate about ‘Metacognition’ and ‘Critical thinking’ and have championed this in the classrooms that I have led. I also work as a school consultant, Teacher Trainer and have transitioned into the role of a trainer with ease, as mentoring is my forte.

As the senior facilitator at the MNC Corporate, I have trained over 1000 teachers to date. As a trainer and consultant, the three ‘C’s’ that drive me are, Curriculum Designing, Cognitive and Conceptual learning which I try to bring into all my assignments successfully.

I have successfully facilitated inbound and outbound learning for professionals and spearheaded, conceptualized, developed and implemented training content for various organizations.

I am passionate about sharing my learning’s with society and is actively involved in Early Childhood Education. I truly live by the motto of being a 'life long learner.'
