  • To ensure effective monitoring of revenue performance, review and identify areas for improvement across all departments that support assigned clients.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team (CST) and communicate directly with various members of the RCM team, including Reimbursement Specialists, Payment Posting Specialists, Credit and Refund Specialists, Patient Eligibility Specialists, Coding Specialists, and EDI Specialists in order to achieve the client's goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

  • Identifying issues preventing Client's A/R from meeting their charge entry, payment, and A/R goals.
