Here I am working as a shift lead; I need to manage the teams that are working along with me

we mainly focused on solving the tickets in priority order

-we need to check the incidents in a priority way ..according that we need to consult the particular team members in the call or mail to resolve the issue according to the priority

-For every ticket and incidents we have a sufficient time..if do not complete bofore the time line so then we need to escalate the issue and assigning to the other team members to Resolve

and we need to update a data called daily, weekly, monthly reports in an excel for our further purposes
