ICICI PROJECT

• Designed and developed IRM (Inward Remittance) process end-to-end using IBPS, including workflow design, workstep routing, and decision handling .
• Implemented backend Java functionalities for transaction validation and auto-population of data from the database to form fields.
• Created and managed iForms with queue variable mapping and JavaScript-based event handling for dynamic user interactions.
• Developed and enhanced SOAP-based integrations using Java, JDBC, and XML for transaction validation, accounting lodgement, CAS updates, and posting, with exception handling and integration history tracking.

• The goal of this project to eliminate Sage CRM and AMP CRM and leverage Salesforce CPQ & Billing as their CRM for the future.
• CPQ & Billing Implementation: Install and configure Salesforce CPQ & Billing as an upgrade to standard Sales Cloud and its limitations.
• CPQ will serve to handle product bundles, the CPQ quote line editor for configuration, quote template generation, Nintex, DocGen, Contract and Subscription management, automatic renewals, and usage-based products.
• Salesforce Billing will serve to handle invoicing out of Salesforce downstream from CPQ.
• In the later phase Plative plans to integrate Salesforce CPQ & the client's organizational processes.
• Examples of Automations include internal staff notices of record changes or stage updates automatically assigning a task to a user based on entry criteria automatically sending email notification out of Salesforce when entry criteria is met and automatically posting to Chatter when an event occurs (like a big deal alert).
