1 Cordination with South, East, West Managers on New Enquiries / Incoming Enquiries and giving Rates as assigned by management on daily Basis.
2 Taking enquiries from the manager’s alongwith the market conditions regarding rates of competitors and discussing the same with MD sir.
3 Giving approval to make quotations to whose rates has been approved by MD sir.
4 Follow up for the Purchase Order and checking the past payment performance from Tally & Taking approval from Accounts Department for Exposure & other Accounts related matters of the respective parties for dispatches.
5 Sending Order acceptances to customers in sync with tech documents, Spec. Quotation Price, Proforma Invoices, KYC Documents etc.
6 Coordinating with Factory manager, Logistics Team Customer & Factory for Pre and Post Despatch Formalities.
7 Updating Despatch Schedule & Proving the same to Both the Plant for Despatch of Tankers on regular basis. Also directly coordinating with Plant Head for material availability & Maintaining Stock
8 Follow up with the managers for payment and dispatches of the pending order thru email.
9 Cordinating for Advance Payment Making Indents & ORDFs for dispatches from Silvassa Plant/ Taloja Plant/ Hazira port as and when required / Guideing team members for Paper Processing.
10 Co-ordinating with Silvassa plant & Taloja plant for placing our tankers and for loading party’s transport.
11 Followup of pending payments, pending PDC’s and payment related matters from Managers / Customers & sending emails to them on regular Intervals.
12 Resolving party’s issues related to any matter of each South East West managers.
13 Maintaining Database of Each & Every manager and regular followup with Manager for Orders not received and Direct with Customers as & when required to ensure customer Satisfaction through Service quality and timely delivery.
