For which an extensive training programme is escalated to the client schools on several stages of Assessment ranging from drafting an assessment, checking online, post evaluation result analysis and using the breakup to better remediation process for students. Apart from this is the support to business development unit for academic buy ins.

Key responsibilities-

1. Provided academic leadership and built relationship with schools:

  • Analyse the student assessment data and share insights, recommendations with teachers, school coordinators and school leadership
  • Actively guide all the stakeholders to make the best use of AssessEd
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with schools by constantly monitoring, visiting and guiding them on improving teaching and learning using AssessEd insights

2. Design, develop and conduct training:

  • Contribute to designing effective training modules for AssessEd
  • Conduct effective training of all AssessEd modules at the schools
  • Ensure all the stakeholders are comfortable and make the best use of AssessEd
  • Conduct parent orientation to induct and train them to make the best use of AssessEd for their child’s development
  • Be a part of all PTMs at the school to educate parent on use of AssessEd
  • Empower sales team by training and keeping them updated on all new features of AssessEd

3. Support Implementation team:

  • Am the point of contact from the academic side to support teachers with learning new features and addressing their queries
  • Support the implementation team and lead the new initiatives to build a relationship with schools

4. Provide inputs on the improvement of the product:

  • Analyze all stakeholders requests and work with the product team to get new features developed.
  • Work closely with the product team and give inputs to improve the product from all aspects.
  • Create videos as well as supportive documents as a facilitation tool.

5. Other:

  • Follow all the reporting formats, regularly drew insights from the reports and planned my work in coordination with the implementation and training targets
