Summary

Running operations for the product in North India territory, this is an online assessment platform. For which an extensive training programme is escalated to the client schools on several stages of Assessment ranging from drafting an assessment, checking online, post evaluation result analysis and using the breakup to better remediation process for students. Apart from this is the support to business development unit for academic buy ins.

Key responsibilities-

1. Provided academic leadership and built relationship with schools:

• Analyse the student assessment data and share insights, recommendations with teachers, school coordinators and school leadership
• Actively guide all the stakeholders to make the best use of AssessEd
• Develop and maintain a relationship with schools by constantly monitoring, visiting and guiding them on improving teaching and learning using AssessEd insights

2. Design, develop and conduct training:

• Contribute to designing effective training modules for AssessEd
• Conduct effective training of all AssessEd modules at the schools
• Ensure all the stakeholders are comfortable and make the best use of AssessEd
• Conduct parent orientation to induct and train them to make the best use of AssessEd for their child’s development
• Be a part of all PTMs at the school to educate parent on use of AssessEd
• Empower sales team by training and keeping them updated on all new features of AssessEd

3. Support Implementation team:

• Am the point of contact from the academic side to support teachers with learning new features and addressing their queries
• Support the implementation team and lead the new initiatives to build a relationship with schools

4. Provide inputs on the improvement of the product:

• Analyze all stakeholders requests and work with the product team to get new features developed.
• Work closely with the product team and give inputs to improve the product from all aspects.
• Create videos as well as supportive documents as a facilitation tool.

5. Other:

• Follow all the reporting formats, regularly drew insights from the reports and planned my work in coordination with the implementation and training targets
• Lead implementation of AssessEd in the north region
• Contribute to the strategic vision of AssessEd.

Summary

To ensure Mylestone curriculum implementation in the client Schools, internal and external Teacher training/development programme, to provide inspiring, innovative and outstanding coaching and support, to develop and improve teaching, learning and assessment in the schools.

Portfolio entailed training teachers on pedagogical and academic paradigm, trainings also concerned with the latest shifts in the education industry flowingly facilitating & supporting the school leaders, keeping them informed about the growth by taking observations & coaching the teachers on the MYLESTONE curriculum implementation in the school. On-ground academic support for implementing of the curriculum, Improving teacher’s skill basis experiential learning curriculum & training modules. To follow-up and collect all outstanding and renew school contracts every academic year. Facilitating training workshops and seminars for Teachers and Parents. Developing modules for teachers training based on experiential learning.

Undertook conduction of Spoken English workshops and seminars for School teachers (Nur- 12th Grade) and staff members. Received acknowledgement from Mr. Prabal Frank the renowned phonetics book author. Workshops were also conducted for parents as well as students.

Took responsibility of administrative duties concerning the middle unit. Carried out responsibilities for conduction of large-scale events. Contributed and participated in managerial level decisions for the initiatives and future prospects for school.

Practiced Responsibility for devising engaging lessons in English and for providing a healthy culture of learning. Also held in charge of looking after the welfare of the school pupils.

• Content written for English Grammar and Speaking skills books for grade 6 and 7 for MAX publications.
• Preparing content for school magazine or newspaper.
• Given voice to the school documentary as well as been recorded for the e-study CDs.
• Conducted seminars for teaching staff and maintenance of growth chart for future reference.
• Associated with Xseed teaching programme, created Xseed replicant lesson plans for grades 6 and 7 in English subject a session prior to teaching Xseed.
