As the Zonal Manager at Swalambhan Connect Kendra, I lead initiatives aimed at driving entrepreneurship development and financial inclusion across 15 districts. My key responsibilities include:

• Operational Management: Overseeing operations in collaboration with District Heads to ensure effective implementation of the SIDBI initiative, fostering a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Building strong relationships with government departments, financial institutions, and local entrepreneurs to streamline project execution and maximize impact.

• Business Development: Spearheading branch expansion strategies and collaborating with management to enhance service delivery in the community.

• Project Implementation: Effectively implementing entrepreneurship development projects in Raisen and Hoshangabad districts, fostering economic growth and self-sufficiency.

  Trained beneficiaries and staff from client organizations on new launches, schemes, and technology features. Educated key client partners and educators about project delivery and scheme details.
• MIS Management:
  Maintained Management Information System (MIS) for all beneficiaries on a scheme/project basis.
