• Collect and maintain the information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons.

• Responsible for query from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.

• Interfacing with Global Software Asset Management processes to align and integrate with SAM process to improve SAM services

• I am currently managing IT change and the Asset Management technology roadmap for Amfam & Brook eld
• Since joining, I have created new policies and service management framework to allow to support customer staff on shore as well as onboard the ships
