Currently leading the HR and OD department at PLAN Foundation, an organization dedicated to societal betterment and environmental sustainability through CSR activities, particularly focused on solid waste management. PLAN Foundation operates in alignment with Recity, a sister concern aimed at maximizing plastic circularity.
In my current role, I oversee the entire spectrum of HR and OD functions across PAN India locations, managing a team of approximately 250 employees and 12 projects. Change Management:
Led change management initiatives, including culture diagnosis and implementation of a robust Performance Management System (PMS) in collaboration with a top OD external consultant. A systematic change management plan was executed with training and communication strategies to ensure employee adoption of new system and create sense of ownership.
Organization Structure Design:
Experienced in designing organization structures and band structure, aligned with business needs and strategies.
