- Having wide experience in gas detection QA management, customer relation management in all aspects like quality assurance, service support, audits & certification etc.
- As the company was formed with idea & innovation for manufacturing indigenous products in the gas detection field.
- So, being technical with engineering background got opportunity to work on various new projects & product development, engineering design, fabrication proto models.
- As quality assurance part had experience of testing devices, performance verification, validations etc.
- Attained skill on instrumental analysis, method development & validation.
- Handling skill instruments like gas chromatograph & spectro photometer etc.
- Method validation for trace level detection (LDL) of various chemicals, hydrocarbons, BTEX detection.
- Or gas pollutant testing and analysis, data generation, QC lab documentation etc.
- Following ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2015 (QEHS/IMS/ISO) have been an internal auditor for ISO surveillance audit.
- Updating certifications and maintaining MMD (Master Monitoring & Measuring Devices) i.e. thermal, mechanical, electrical, electronic & chemical like MM, CRO, power supplies, velocity meters, flow meters, universal calibrator, rheostat, pressure & vacuum gauges, thickness gauges, hygrometers, humidity monitors are some of main concerned.
