Job Responsibilities – Field Coach (Operations) – QSR
2. Team Coaching & Development Train and coach store managers and crew members on operational best practices.
3. Performance Monitoring Review and analyze store performance metrics (sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, etc.).
4. Customer Experience Monitor and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
5. Support Store Operations Assist during new store openings or relaunches.
6. Cross-functional Coordination Liaise with marketing, HR, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth store operations.
7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate coaching logs, visit reports, and performance assessments.
