My day-to-day responsibilities involved closely working with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and ensure complete coverage during testing. I designed and executed detailed test cases, identified and reported defects, and actively collaborated with developers to resolve issues efficiently. I regularly interacted with business users, participated in application demos, and contributed to project discussions. Banking application for US Client12 Months

Worked in highly secured enterprise banking application for US client. Application was designed with a 12-layer security architecture to safeguard sensitive financial transactions and customer data. Actively worked on one of the critical security layers, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with banking security standards.

Banking Application (US Client)

Worked on banking loan processing application that collected applicant details, validated personal documents, and securely maintained records for compliance. Application Implemented a document validation and verification layer ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and regulatory adherence before further processing. Contributed to the routing mechanism, where each loan application was automatically directed to a specific destination based on predefined business rules and routing tables

Health Application

Worked on healthcare application that collected and maintained patients’ medical records securely. Designed functionality to generate automated billing in PDF format based on disease, including details such as doctor’s name, appointment date/time, and treatment location. Implements a doctor availability check and appointment scheduling module, improving efficiency in patient-doctor coordination. Built features to provide disease-specific information, including probable causes and suggested treatments, to assist medical staff in decision-making.

In my role, I was responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective test cases. I executed test scenarios thoroughly, identified defects, and reported issues with proper documentation. I worked closely with developers and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely resolution of defects. I also participated in demos whenever required and consistently met project deadlines while continuously learning new skills throughout the project.

Smartkarrot capture the events to control the drop-off the customers and by using this event capture they trace the user action and by this they reduce the customer churn and smartkarrot has the ability to Measure the customers status ( Health score) based on the CSM sentiments.
