  • Ensure cabin safety standards are consistently maintained across Scheduled Operators, Non-Scheduled Operators, and Private Operators through targeted audits and surveillance activities and contributed to the development of updated safety protocols and checklists.
  • Conducted a wide range of inspections including Enroute Cabin Inspections, Main Base Inspections, Training Facility Inspections, Ramp Inspections, Special Audits, Spot Checks, Regulatory Audits, Tabletop Exercises, Evacuation & Ditching Drills, and Proving Flights.
  • Involved in the approval process of critical cabin safety documents such as SEP Manuals, Quick Reference Handbooks (QRH), Cabin Crew Training Manuals, Passenger Briefing Cards, and Cabin Crew Flight Duty Time Limitation Schemes.
  • Reviewed and approved Post Holder nominations including Cabin Safety Training Managers and Directors – Inflight Services (Cabin Safety).
  • Played a key role in the certification processes under CAP 3300 and 3100 for operators like Karnavati Aviation, Reliance Commercial Dealers Ltd, EHA Aviation, Sapphire Airlines and mergers of Air India Express and Air Asia (India).
