It supports multiple workflow types and dynamically adapts to department-specific rules and approval hierarchies.

• Developed and maintained modules using .NET Core and Kendo UI, enhancing both back-end services and user interfaces for document and workflow handling.
• Designed and optimized SQL Server stored procedures and queries to handle large datasets and maintain data integrity across multi-step approval flows.

Description: RSign is a secure, enterprise-grade e-signature and encrypted email platform developed by RPost. The product allows users to send, sign, track, and manage legally binding documents electronically while maintaining compliance with global e-signature laws such as ESIGN.

The platform is used across industries like legal, finance, insurance, healthcare, and government, where sensitive documents need to be signed and shared securely. RSign offers features such as custom templates, signer workflows, encryption, audit trails, reminders, notifications and reporting.

• Implemented multiple enhancements across front-end (Angular 14) and back-end (.NET Core, Web API) that significantly improved user experience and system performance.
• Led the development of new modules including custom signer workflows, template management, and admin configuration features.

Each invoice is tailored based on the customer's country, invoice type, and optionally their preferred language (e.g., local language or English). The system supports 245 countries, multiple invoice types (such as software, subscription, hardware), and various tax rules, formats, and language packs.

• Developed logic to handle invoice formatting for 245 countries in local and English languages.
• Performed critical bug fixes, ensured compliance with localization rules, and supported production deployments.
