  • Change Management KPI, Change Management Team, Senior Specialist, Development and Reporting, Excel, VBA, PPT, KPI(KeyPerformance indicator):It’s a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively change governance are achieving the objectives. It defines a set of values against which to measure, Monthly KPIs for Change Management. E.g. first KPI is Percentage of Standard changes and the KPI limit is >=20%, so it will be calculating the percentage every month and see if we are achieving the desired limit or not and then identify the next course of action. And its showing charts of Volume Of different Changes like - CM001,CM002, CM003 ,CM004,CM005,CM006 etc. My automation creates all reports, charts and it self-update PowerPoint as well. Automation creates one table which is indicate product wise chart in percentage for month. (WIP)These charts will be Dynamic or Live charts that are useful in displaying data that changes within the Month. Automation have dropdown list(button) to select month and generate things dynamically for selected month. This is monthly work which team were taking 10 to 12 hours manually in a week, now using this macro it will take only 3 to 5 minutes in one day.We are making dashboard and adding charts that should populating automatically as per month.
