  • Actively participated in the development of the bacterial colitis model and the study of brain-gut axial dysbiosis in the colitis model (c57BL/6) by rectal administration of five pathogenic organisms, including Enterococcus faecalis, E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus mutans, Proteus mirabilis, and the cocktail of organisms
  • Performing the behaviour study Morris water maze, open field test, T maze, Y maze, Novel object recognition (NOR),Elevator plus maze
  • Performing the anaesthesia, cardiac puncture and sac collection of the brain, spleen, kidney, heart, ilium
