Roles and Responsibilities.

I. Cloud and Infrastructure Management:

• Managing Azure Active Directory (AD) and AWS cloud environments, ensuring secure authentication, access management, and resource optimization.
• Providing Windows L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex OS-level issues, patching, and performance tuning for enterprise environments.
• Configuring and maintaining DNS and DHCP services to ensure seamless network connectivity and efficient IP address management.
• Oversaw Web, EO, and Citrix builds, improving system reliability and performance.
• Planning, building, and deploying cloud and on-premises servers using VMware, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

II. Automation and Scripting:

• Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automating cloud resource management.
• Automated routine tasks and processes reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Automated OS patching, log collection, and service restarts to minimize downtime.

III. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Providing L2/L3 support for cloud-related issues and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, Citrix, and application deployments.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

IV. Cloud Migration and Deployment:

• Participated in a cloud migration and deployment project.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues and improve system stability.
• Working in a 24/7 support environment, handling on-call duties for production incidents.
