Worked on US retirement industry based financial advisory tool that offers complete retirement practice suite fully integrated with flexible technology solutions, aiding advisors and financial institutions deliver apt support to Retirement Plan sponsors and their participants.

• Worked with teams that handles almost every new project(s) spanning wide range of technology stack.
• Conjoined with other departmental peers to establish problem specifications and system designs.
• Revise, modularize and update old code bases to modern development standards and improving functionality.
• Worked on developing and enhancing some core functionalities for the React JS Migration Project and presently working on migrating the various modules to the new Project.
• Conducted training sessions for juniors as well as some knowledge transfers for members new to the the ongoing react project.
• Worked on a POC and demo model for a Blockchain powered recordkeeping system demonstrating the various demerits of the present Recordkeeping giants in the US Retirement Industry and how the company can bridge this and walk into a new business line.
